GRSA provides structured support for Medicare audit appeals following unfavorable CMS/MAC determinations. Services include review of CMS/MAC correspondence, deadline tracking, claim and documentation assessment, appeal strategy, preparation of supporting documentation, and submission of Level 1 Redetermination or Level 2 Reconsideration appeal packages.

For Level 1 appeals, GRSA prepares the redetermination request, cover letter, supporting records, medical necessity documentation, policy references, and related evidence. For Level 2 appeals, GRSA develops a more detailed rebuttal aligned to clinical facts, payer policy, LCD/NCD guidance, Medicare manuals, coding rationale, and QIC submission requirements.
