Initial Audit Assessment & Defensive Posture Development

Are you currently under audit? Ready to get started on your defense? GRSA will assess one clinical progress note from each of two of the most complex cases currently under audit.  GRSA will conduct a predictive assessment of the initial audit findings and will develop an initial defensive posture strategy through critical review of these progress notes.  

Scope of Services

GRSA will:

1. Review the limited set of records and notes shared by Provider.

2. Conduct an initial assessment of the audit issues identified by the auditor.

3. Identify preliminary documentation strengths, weaknesses, and potential exposure areas.

4. Develop a preliminary defensive posture and strategic response framework.

5. Conduct an initial consultation meeting with Provider to discuss findings and recommended next steps.
