Medical Records Request (MRR) Submission

GRSA provides end-to-end support for Medicare Additional Documentation Requests (ADRs) and Medical Record Reviews (MRRs). Acting as the provider’s Authorized Representative, GRSA coordinates communications with CMS and Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs), reviews documentation assembled for submission, and evaluates records for completeness and compliance.

Services include a preliminary assessment of potential audit risks, identification of documentation strengths and weaknesses, evaluation of possible exposure areas, and development of an initial defense strategy. GRSA then assembles and submits the ADR response package on behalf of the provider to help ensure a timely, organized, and comprehensive response.
